Traveling with Essential Oils in Philippines?

Essential Oils Cebu - The pandemic we experience today definitely changes the way we travel like adapting the new normal. The airlines might have their own protocols onboard flights. Passengers might be asked to supply more documents like clearances and test results before they can actually fly in. The aircraft will do a series of disinfection to make sure everyone, the passengers and crews are protected from whatever dangers of health.

Obviously, the blog post is a little different as what you would expect from Air Asia Promos but somehow it is indirectly related to traveling. Just like the additional requirements that passengers need to comply, there are certain preparations that we can most likely do at home. Have you heard of using essential oils through Aromatherapy?

Certainly, aromatherapy might be new to us but it has been existing for a very long time. A thousand years BC actually. It is just making waves recently, perhaps around 10 to 20 years ago. Pretty much new to our modern world but history tells us that ancient civilization have been using aromatics.

The obvious account is from the Bible. Remember the gifts of the THEE KINGS who visited the baby Jesus when he was born? They brought him FRANKINCENSE, MYRRH and GOLD. Both frankincense and myrrh are essential oils and have aromatic and therapeutic benefits.

Now, are you interested with aromatherapy? Check out Essential Oils Cebu for a good read and valuable information about the safety use of oils.

So how can we use essential oils when we travel?

We can create or blend essential oils at home safely with proper guidance too. One popular thing we can do is create our own EO spray that will serve as a sanitizer or room spray. We can put it in a 100 ml spray bottle and always keep it handy when we travel.

Spray it to the cover seats, the benches, or when you are in the comfort room. One can opt to spray it on pillows, bedding, blankets especially if staying in a hotel. Some essential oils have antiviral, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.

Essential oils have very tiny chemical compounds in a molecular level that plants used for their own protection against bacteria, virus, foreign intrusion, healing and even pollination.

Below are the common essential oils that supports the respiratory system and even improves our immune system.

For the right blend and correct dosage, it is best to consult a certified essential oil specialist or aromatherapist in your area.

Warning

Again, do remember that essential oils or aromatherapy is not an alternative to western medicine. They are certainly NOT CURES for any circumstances.

Consult a licensed doctor for illnesses for their prescribed medicines as treatment.

NEVER use essential oils as alternative treatment or cure for any specific disease. They are just complementary or support to medicines prescribed by doctors.

Be always careful of distributors or sellers of essential oils that will convince you that it is an alternative medicine. Because it is NOT!
